Hello! I am Dr. Anita Sagar, founder of Aliso LLC. After more than a decade directing technology adoption and workforce readiness programs across global enterprises and federal defense agencies, I’ve advised C-suite leaders through the execution side of large-scale technology change. My work includes designing technology adoption programs that hold up under complex regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act, regional data privacy laws, and the FAR-governed rules that shape DoD technology acquisition.
I founded Aliso to solve a critical gap I consistently observed from the inside: organizations invest heavily in software and infrastructure, but struggle to get their leadership and workforce to execute the required organizational change. That is the gap Aliso exists to close.I write about the gap between technology deployment, workforce readiness and the increasing capability gap here.
